Advance Steel Cylinder Sleeves.(These sleeves will work in a 1100/1200/1250 Yamaha block, but if you are building a 1314 street sweeper try to use the 1250 block as it has more aluminum around the bore and sometimes when you bore a 1100/1200 block for BIG BORE cylinder sleeves they get to thin and eventually crack and leak oil, using the 1250 block will fix this issue.) The 3032FA sleeve OD is 3.387 and the retail price is $74.99. The 3032FA +.005 sleeve OD is oversize 3.392 for either correcting a problem where the boring machine over bored for the standard 3032FA or the aluminum block bore has became so out of round due to heat that it needs to be trued up. The 3032FA +.010 sleeve OD is oversize 3.397 for correcting even more severe cases of either over boring or heat problems. The oversized sleeves retail for 89.99 and are in stock, so don't throw away that old 1250 block just yet.

This is also an excellent sleeve for use as a big bore on the 1100/1200 blocks as it leaves enough aluminum around the bore that you are not as likely to crack and leak oil. The 3470FA 3.288 sleeve is a standard part and retails for 72.99. The 3470FA +.005 (3.293) sleeve for correcting an over bored block or truing a block that has been over heated, this is a custom sleeve and retails for 89.99. The 3470FA +.010 (3.298) sleeve is for correcting the more extreme cases of over boring and heat problems and is also a custom sleeve and retails for $89.99. So don't throw away those old mistakes just yet.

Advance steel sleeve (# 5839) for a 1250 Yamaha. The 5839 Advance sleeve is better suited to the 1250 Yamaha block as the OD 3.387 sometimes causes a problem on the 1100/1200 block with being too thin after machining, with cracking and causing an oil leak. The sleeves OD is 3.387 and will accommodate piston sizes from 1250cc thru 1314cc bores. The counter bore flange area at the top of the cylinder is 3.600 OD which was designed to have more steel sleeve area to better seal the head gasket. Of course you could also use this sleeve to repair a standard flange area that had been over bored due to a machining error. So don't throw away that old block you didn't think could be repaired. The 5839 Advance sleeve is a custom part and retails for $89.99.

Steel shifter for a Yamaha 1200/1250. This replaces the stock aluminum shifter that comes on legend cars. The aluminum shifter has no splines and will sometimes slip on hard shifts, causing you shifting problems.
The steel splined shifter we build/sell is the cure for this problem.
