| The pictures show a before and after of a Vintage Suzuki RM 465 shock that was repaired and rebuilt at the Andrews Motorsports shop. There was no seal head assembly available for this vintage shock, so one was fabricated and machined in our machine shop. The remote nitrogen bottle line was also damaged, so we fabricated a dash 3 stainless line to replace the stock rubber and plastic hose. The upper and lower shock mounting bearings were damaged beyond use from years of abuse and discontinued from Suzuki. However we were able to modify the shock to accept a different/better bearing so this Vintage bike could roost smoothly once again. Just another example of what Andrews Motorsports can do for you. |
